Help us spread the word about local providers and promote your expertise through the Central Oregon Suicide Prevention Alliance website. Please read the following information to complete the form below. We will review your submission for inclusion in our provider directory.

 What is the Central Oregon Suicide Prevention Alliance (COSPA)?

A regional organization created through a collaborative partnership among public and private organizations in Central Oregon. The Central Oregon Suicide Prevention Alliance (COSPA) serves Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties. COSPA develops, implements, and monitors effective programs and promotes wellness and the prevention of suicide deaths, attempts, and related behaviors.

 What is the Mental Health Provider List?

A list of mental and behavioral health providers in Central Oregon. Providers must practice in Crook, Deschutes, or Jefferson Counties and hold current licensing.

 If I am listed on this page, does that mean I will get high acuity patients?

Though the list is housed on the COSPA website, it is a resource for community members to research and find local behavioral and mental health providers. The list is not marketed as a suicide-specific provider list, but rather a comprehensive local provider list. Providers on the list can have a wide variety of specialties, and providers do not need to specialize in suicide prevention to be listed.

 Do I need to serve a certain demographic to be listed?

No—however the submission form does ask you specify the demographics you typically serve and/or specialize in.

Why do I need to create a login to be listed?

We require providers to create a login to verify your identity and to empower providers to update their information when needed.

How do I update my information?

Providers can Edit their published listing by going to their provider detail page by finding their listing in the provider directory list view and clicking the linked provider name to get to the detail page. At the top of the detail page is a link to edit. This link will only be visible to the provider who published it.
